Ingredients.:
200 g of ready-mixed TM Motiway
1 - 2 eggs
400 - 450 ml of milk or water
30 g of vegetable oil
Method of preparation:
To prepare the pancakes, mix 200 g of the ready-made mixture with 400 ml of milk* or water in a bowl, add 30 g of vegetable oil and 1 egg. Mix everything thoroughly until smooth and there are no lumps in the batter. If the pancakes cook very quickly, fry over medium heat on each side for about 1 minute with the addition of vegetable oil
